Name: Friegen Libera / Void Existence.
He always calls himself a ‘void existence’, which meaning he has never bothered to explain. The name was given to him because of his free-spirited nature, and also his principle in never work for other people. Friegen and Libera, both have similar meaning: freedom.
Age: Unclear
but he said he has lived (as in ‘has seen’) from the 5th to 6th century to the 20th century.
Gender: Male,
Though he has never really says so. His face is a mixture of a manly woman and ‘pretty boy’
Occupation: Wandering Bard.
Trademark:
- his way of speaking. It’s ambiguous, it’s poetic, and calm, sometimes sarcastic and often very blunt.
- he never wear any shoes, only a scrap of clothes, sometimes. He walks barefoot most of the time.
- his attire. very humble compared to everyone in the city, but that exactly what makes him stands out.
- his habit of never answering any question shortly and right to the point.
sketches, check it here. Sorry I haven’t yet to make a proper illustration of him..
Quote:
I will not work for anyone, for any King or any poor man. I am a wanderer, a traveler. What am I if I take off my cloak and stay in one place?

Well, perhaps not much. I’m not really busy these past days, now that I’m back in my hometown. Really. This is a very nice city despite its traffic jams and its mess. The weather is nice, there’s a lot of rain lately (Which is good) and although I don’t have any personal space to do stuff beside my room, which is not a good place to draw, I do quite a lot of things.
It’s 23.50 here, and I’m listening to the frog’s choir, live. The rain has just stopped, by the way. And where are the kitten’s voices?
Anyway.
I’ve been progressing on my digital painting stuff, (The commission has to be suspended for awhile, sorry!) and of course, my novel! It has began taking shapes, and the plot is getting more interesting. I’m struggling to keep all the characters in… their character, but one of them is particularly hard to be kept straight. Perhaps simply because he is so mysterious that even I, as his creator, doesn’t really understand him. He is the one I mentioned in the older post, check it here.
Maybe I should post each of their description someday. I don’t know if my ability to create such vivid character is still there, but I hope so.
Last, some excerpt and quotes from the – my – novel.
“I have seen a lot of things,” he said, “I have seen the great war of the great Kings of the age of religions. I have seen the King who fought and wins against the bears[1], his glory and his falls. I have witnessed the revival of mankind, where the churches are powerful and the buildings are beautiful. I have lived to see the invention of machines and steams, and everything as it is now, from the very beginning to this current time.”
“You have lived for more than five centuries, Tell me, young man, are you something but human?”
“I am something that you could not yet to comprehend. I am human, yet in the same time, people said I’m not one. But if I say I am not human, then what am I? I look the same, and talk in the same way as you. I have blood in my vein and it is red too.”
[1] This refers to King Arthur
PS: One of my Sims wrote book. I just love the random title, which is “Two Thousand Glorious Moons”. And talking about title, I need a title…
An Inspiring Conversation

I’ve just read Cesare 6 recently. It’s a comic published by one of the publishing company in my country, and is still on going.
Cesare tells a story of Cesare Borgia, a young man from Spanish noble family Borgia who moved to Italy due to a conflict between them and the royal family (please correct me if I’m mistaken). Yes, it is a historical fiction, a serious one
Cesare was young, handsome, a genius and was a bishop of Pamplona in such a young age.
With him, there’s his childhood friend, his servant and also his bodyguard named Miguel (Michelle in Italia (latin?)) who was a jew and an orphan. At that time, according to the christian law, Jews and bastards are considered sinful and therefore discriminated in the society (please remember that this is the dark ages of church, and also the era called renaissance).
Cesare himself was a bastard from Cardinal Rodrigo Borgia and a woman named Vanozza. But because he’s genius and he’s a noble, people tend to admire him.
There was a conversation between Cesare and Miguel, took place when they were still a little child, and Miguel had just came to the house of Borgia. It was short, yet the meaning was deep.
Miguel was saying stuffs about him being Jews and Cesare looked at him thoughtfully. He then asked for a knife he gave earlier.
Cesare cut the tip of Miguel’s finger and then cut himself in the same place. Still smiling, he asked:
“Are you hurt?”
“yes,” was Miguel’s reply.
“me too.” Cesare smiled,
“your blood is red,” he said again,”mine too.”
and Cesare laughed, saying that they’re probably get scolded again if their teacher knew they had hurt themselves.
Garudayana – The Best Local Comic I’ve Ever Read!

Garudayana by Is Yuniarto
Ada sebuah legenda di dunia Arcapada
Tentang dia yang bergelar Gaganesvara
sang raja langit.
Angin memujanya
Halilintar ditaklukannya,
Para naga lari dari hadapannya…
dan inilah kisahnya.
Pas gw pertama kali baca sinopsisnya, kirain ini cerita keren-kerenan. Jadi ga gitu tertarik.
Petruk, Gareng, Bagong. Taulah itu wayang cacad 3 kelakuannya kaya apa XD
(omong-omong, muka aslinya kok disensor mlulu?)
Buat para cewek penggemar bishonen, mungkin bakal guling-guling dan ber’kyaakyaa’ ria dengan kemunculan pertama dan kedua Arjuna.
Anyway.
Maju terus komik lokal Indonesia!
Anime & Manga, ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN!
29 Mar 2009 2 Comments
Anime and Manga (Comic, include Manhwa, Korean comic) are for children, not for the grown ups.
This is the general opinion in my country, Indonesia. Most parents said, and believed that anime and manga are just for children. They thinks that anime is a mere cartoon, just like Mickey Mouse and friends, they never tried to see the reality, they’ve never tried to understand something called anime.
Ironically, Most of TV production’s staff, think the same. They broadcast anime, aiming at children aged around 5 to 7 or 8. They think, and believe that animes are children only. They broadcast anime such as NARUTO, or EYESHIELD 21, or ONE PIECE, or BLEACH, or whatever it is, at the time when children watches TV. (I’ve almost never watch any of them on local TV Station though
) Ironic! As the result, most children are taught how to fight, or how to force people or whatever thet called it “negative effect of Japanese Cartoon”.
And whose fault is it?
I saw a book titled “Tolong, anakku diasuh NARUTO” (Help! My children are being taken care by NARUTO) on one of the biggest book store in my town this morning. When I read the synopsis, I felt like.. well, disgusted. Not because I hate Naruto or what (I’m an ex-fans of Naruto and still respect it :3), but the book, it seems like the author blamed the film (in this case, Naruto) for have taught the children in Indonesia how to fight or whatever. Alright, I acknowledge the fact that everything has positive side along with negative side. The book itself said that Naruto have positive things inside.
Please people, open your eyes! Anime and Manga are not for children! Naruto, Bleach, Eyeshield 21, and One Piece are not children’s TV programme, they are teens! Even if you want to allow your child to watch any anime, guide them! They still can’t tell whether the fact is a fiction or the fiction is a fact, and they still can’t restrain themself from mirroring their favourite character (this, is what happened at WWE cases).
I suggest thee, parents of Indonesia, try to watch Naruto, or even try to read the newest volume of Naruto (Sasuke vs Itachi), and you’ll know, that manga aren’t for children. Blood everywhere, stab here and there, one thing in mind, kill. That’s what you say as “suitable for children”
Thank you.
(I’m a fans of anime and manga, and I’m concerned about children in Indonesia.)
*Naruto, Eyeshield 21, Bleach, and One Piece are all belongs to their respective holder.*

GAH! Help me! I’m out of idea… The line is too boring! I’ve planned on the next victim, the way is closed still, dunno on how to open it.. The next victim should be the baron and his family, and Angelo’s interference should be a bit revealed, but It’s too difficult. The time line seems didn’t fit enough.
Maximillien is cool ^^ I like him.

INSENSE! kyaaa *peluk babi* At least I get it.

I love SATURDAY! Especially if I have met with my old friends *hello, Liu ^^* HHAHAHAHA, it’s so great. I’ve never have any friend as kind as her *err, Tsundere?*
She likes my Noir Sakura as well. Yeah, as you might have known, Noir Sakura is one of my original novel made in Indonesia by me, with such a tragic-romantic-thrilling *hope so* story. NO PROTAGONIST! YEAH!
And at least I can finish it. Fiuh, so many hard works *Love Allyster*. I like the feeling when I kill him, my favourite character! Hohoho, and when I still remember my smirk when I make [sensor] as the traitor. heheheh
Your fault, Tsukihana~
I have more or less two new stories. One is Scandal of Lusfelixia, and another one is ‘Soldier’ an Indonesian language-story. Both of them cramped with magic, Although there’s a basic difference between those two.
Scandal of Lusfelixia is politic-based story. The magic commonly used is non-spell magic. Only with the strength of brain *yeah mental strength*. The main character of this story is Marquis and Marchioness of Auverne, the Most Honourable Lord Maximillien Louis Ralph Augusta, AND the Most Honourable Lady Giselle Marie de’l Lacretia Augusta.
While ‘Soldier’ is magic-based story, happen around high school boys. It’s hand-writing so I can’t publish it anywhere. The main character is Ryo Akatsuki, Jean Daisanctus Relion and Lynz Schreidner. They are the one who so called soldier.
I’m planning on sending Noir Sakura to the publisher, hope they publish it
^^
